Spreading it on toast and even eating it just with a spoon! Its delicious and it's easy to spread on whatever food you choose . It's a great choice for picky kiddos too !

Who hasnt had nutella yet, right? Well if you havrnt it's a very creamy chocolate and hazel nut spread. I'm not even a huge fan of chocolate or hazel nut but this pairs perfectly in warm slices of toast in the morning paired with a warm cup of coffee. No better way to start your day!

I like to stick to natural sugars and like to make my calories count from a good meal and not a treat! Its good in a vanilla protein shake though (1/2 serving).
