Ok, if you are on diet maybe Nutella in general is not adviced, but just imagine you are on diet and you really want a piece of bread with Nutella ( guys I am Italian, I can't live without bread or Nutella). This is the right size that will allow you to have a bit of Nutella without open and finish the jar in one day.

It has such an amazing hazelnut taste, perfect sweetness, goes great with toast, bananas, or even ice cream. I had to open it and eat some my kids also enjoy it which is great. It isn't a healthy treat, so don't get it if you're looking for something that's good for you. But it tastes great and is fine in moderation. It pairs well with fruit and graham crackers. I love to spread it on toast, with fruit such as bananas, or eat it straight with a spoon. It elevates any dessert! I love mixing a spoonful into whipped cream.
