Overall it is delicious but is a bit sweet for me. This is a very sweet hazelnut and chocolate spread. It tastes a lot like chocolate, but there are definitely hints of hazel nut to it. If you like sweet milk chocolate, I would almost guarantee you will like this.

But will I work my nutrition and exercise around so that I can fit this in as a treat for a sunday morning, ABSOLUTELY! I love this on pancakes or with bananas or strawberries. Eating a boring banana, eat it with Nutella. Craving some rich hot chocolate, put Nutella and milk in the microwave.

We put it on everything. Toast, waffles, pancakes, ice cream, bananas, with jelly on a sandwich, as a fruit dip, spread across tortillas or straight out of the jar.

I typically eat it with a banana for a nice dessert after dinner! I would totally buy this again. So delicious!

This is a great product and I have used it several times but now that I had weight loss surgery and I have had to change my diet but my stomach does not care for it and this is a healthy product and it taste very sweet and I do love it and I do mean that and it does fill you up.
