I would suggest not keeping refrigerated as it does get stiff and is not as spreadable. Room temperature is perfect for this product.

We put it on everything. Toast, waffles, pancakes, ice cream, bananas, with jelly on a sandwich, as a fruit dip, spread across tortillas or straight out of the jar.
