The only reason I would not buy this product for myself is because the first product is sugar. I prefer not to eat foods high in sugar. I would recommend this product to others. It is great to use with a snack.

The only problem I would have with it is the calorie count. I struggle to eat that much because of that. Otherwise I love it and highly recommend!!

But as far as sweet smoothness goes, this is it. It's a good substitute for peanut butter if you're wanting a slightly different flavor. So I've eaten it with toast, as an accompaniment with jelly and bread, on crackers, apples, and pancakes! I bet it would go great combined with peanut butter too.

I do follow a pretty strict diet so looking at the nutrition this would definitely not be a regular item for me. However, an excellent dessert add from time to time. One of my all time fav combos is chocolate and strawberries so I topped some fresh strawberries with this and it was very good! Again not something I would incorporate on a day to day basis but definitely a really good treat when you want something sweet!

I am not going to lie to you, I ate it with my finger right from the little sample container. This stuff would be great on any cookie and most desserts, or you can lick it right off your finger or out of the jar! I wouldn't say it is a substitute for peanut butter, but it would be yummy on a sandwich also.
