[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have a full size blender at home and although it is very powerful, it is a pain to take it out and the clean it especially when I only need to make one juice. The Magic Bullet is the perfect addition to the kitchen for whenever I need to make one glass of juice. Out of the box, the unit and the jars are very well made and everything is very sturdy. I love how the jars have a dual function as all I need to do is add the fruits and veggies, close it with the blade attachment and then install the jar on top of the blender and my juice is ready within the next minute. Once the juice is ready, I just need to twist on the lip cover and drink my juice or twist the cover if I am going to drink it later. Overall, I am very pleased with my new Magic Bullet. It is very practical, powerful, easy to clean and it gets a perfect 5 stars rating from me.

Love the product but need to order new tall cups and have no option but to order a combo pack. More small cups that I don't use :( It would be nice to be able to order just the tall cups. Most aftermarket products have bad reviews so it would be nice to have factory option.

It doesn't take up much room in my kitchen, it has several different cup sizes and caps for storage, and it blends whatever I put in there perfectly! I love blending my smoothies ahead of time and then storing them to drink next day…..this product is perfect for time saving and space saving kitchen appliances!

I have only used my Bullet a few times. I loved it at first, it blends well. But, then I begin having problems with it starting, It would stall and then work. Bad smell from the moter. Now, it does not work at all. I will never buy a bullet again. Beware all interested buyers! It does not last long.

I've used the MagicBullet for over 20 years. As a vegetarian, has been my protein shakes. Additionally, due to food restrictions, I also used it to make my own alliterative recipes for foods like almond & cashew butter & all- natural desserts, sauces & dips. In 2020, I added the Nutribullet Select but, am still hooked my MagicBullet. A mixing tool would be great. Also, have you thought of the possibility of a juice strainer for pitchers?

I was very pleased with the representative that took my call. He was very efficient in trying to determine the cause and remedy of my problem. The issue related to a worn out drive gear at the blade base. The obvious simple solution would have been to send me a new blade drive and the repair would have been complete. However the agent took the issue one step further and it was determined to send me a now base unit, ( motor ) which essentially is a new unit. I thought that this was a really good repair solution which will enable additional years of use, where my older unit would be 4 years old in a matter of months. Why it was decided to send me a base unit as well confused me, I was very gracious in the offer. Best of all there was no additional shipping charge where I already was expecting at least paying the shipping for the blade drive gear. So for $4.99, I have everything being shipped and expect it in just a few more days. Overall I am very pleased with the service from the company and best of all, for once, just didn't have to bite the Bullet! No pun intended....

I had a problem with the cross blade that I have. I called customer service and spoke to Ralph. that gentleman was very nice and professional. he was thorough and very pleasant. no arguments, the cross blade is defective and he is sending me one right away. thank you Magic Bullet for standing by your warranty.

I have heard of the magic bullet but he never used one until I bought it, it is the neatest thing and it's making me healthy. I believe I'm feeling better since I've started crushing the fruits and vegetables and drinking them but anyway it's really really a good product.

We should have read the reviews on this model of Magic Bullet before purchasing! We used ours for 15 days, 2 smoothies per day and the four blade chopper has blown the bearing/bushings. Will return to the store for a full refund and buy a different brand, cant trust Magic Bullet again...
