I bought my Magic Bullet over a year ago and I use it over 4 times a week. It is easy and fast to use.

We bought several yrs ago used it probably 50 times and the gear blade broke off off the motor part.

I had to order replacement parts and since my machine was still under warranty I only paid for shipping. I was disappointed how quickly the parts broke however. I only bought it six months ago.

When I go to make my smoothie, the cap becomes lose and the smoothie starts to get into the magic bullet. It makes a huge mess and there is no easy way to clean the bullet. Need to buy something else.

Uses it once so far. Worked great making a shake. Only complaint is that there is no way to store everything conveniently, wish there was something to put all the pieces in.

I have owned 2 magic bullets now! I bought a replacement after my family moved because our first was sooo great! This second one has died after only being used 7x. The motor got extremely hot and smelly and completely shut off.

The first problem I had was with the rubber ring constantly coming out. Then after only a little over a year, it stopped working completely. I always had to thaw the fruit because it never chopped them completely. I wouldn't recommend this product.

I received a MB1001 as a birthday gift in June and found this month that the vblade leaked into the spinning chamber. Your representative assured me that a replacment part was on its way.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought two. I bought the last one. I bought it about 15 days ago. They get damaged very quickly from where it grinds. I never buy it again. I won't throw my money in the trash

I used this blender to make some fruit purees for my 8month old baby. after 10days of use i saw the puree color changed to little black, then realized it is with the blades wearing off or something.
