Recently ordered for wedding reception. Beautiful and well made. Very heavy. Shipment packaging was great.

We bought 2 for a party and gift. One of the spouts broke. Didnt use the other one. Very disappointed.

I bought this a week ago and used it for a gathering and it fell apart and spilled all 2.5 gallons in my kitchen, damaging stuff. DO NOT PURCHASE!

I bought three of these for our residents at Granite Gate. The second time one of them was washed it already broke.

My dispenser arrived with so much heavy duty packing. It’s a beautiful piece. No problems with any leaking. The seal is heavy duty.

Worked perfectly! No leaks, ceramic top is not of great quality and not heavy, but it did its job. The pedestal is very big and quite sturdy. Handle was a little loose. Item arrived in one box, so save the box for storage.

I purchased 2 for a party and didn?t open until day of and 1 was broke and the other one the drink would not dispense out and the base was lopsided. Both will be returned.
