Zipfizz is so good. I enjoy it every day. It gives me a lift of energy without the crash of sugary drinks. There are also so many great flavors so you don’t get tired of the same thing every day. I was told it has the same amount of B12 as a shot, without the hassle of scheduling a shot.

Sour, sweet and chock full of vitamins without that vitamin taste! Excellent source of vitamin B12 and potassium. About the same amount of caffeine as a cup of coffee. Great way to start your day or power up a workout. Best to use a blender bottle to thoroughly mix.

I love the taste but just don't put the whole thing in a 16.9 oz bottle of water it will be to much so I use half now is this stuff I a bit pricy. Hope you keep the black cherry because that is the only flavor I like
