We have had our printer about a month. We have only used it to print and copy documents. We will use the Fax and WEB features very soon. Therefore, We can not give an accurate assessment about the performance of our printer. So far, we are enjoying our HP.

Just got it a few weeks ago online, love having a wireless printer to use on more than one computer without having to unplug one and plug in the other. Faster printing than my old one.

I absolutely love this printer! I've had it for about a month, and it has already made my life so much easier! The document feeder scanner has been so helpful! I also love the instant ink option!

For the price $40, it's a great buy. I upgraded my old printer with dried up ink to a new printer with fresh ink and wifi capability. It's a no brainer.

Got the printer set up printed one page and then moved a few feet to where I wanted it. Turned it back on got a error message called the hp service dept on phone over a hour could not fix it said would send a rebuilt one, didn't really like the used one idea much but decided to go.with it. Was promised it would take 2 weeks never got it about that time was sent reply that I would get a next best model on Dec 9 2016 still not have it. It looks like it was not even sent yet. Was going to call Sam's club next week sometime and see if you could be of any help. Thank you

Bought this just before Christmas so far it's only printed one thing. Will not connect to wireless as it says it will. Do not buy this one. Cheap yes works no
