I purchased this for our son and grandson and they absolutely love it. I have watched then play and the picture quality is amazing. It's like watching a movie!!

Xbox works great. Easy setup. Bought this after Christmas and there were very few promos available. Soprice was not great. However it was about $20 better than other retailers.

The only complaint is that it don't have enough memory so I have to but a flash drive for it but other than that my son loves it and plays it all the time.

Hassle to set up. It's not a traditional plug and play. Microsoft makes it a hassle to set up because they apparently want the owners tethered to their system. I would not buy this product again because of that. I wanted a system you could take out of the box and play. This is not it. IT'S A HASSLE TO SET UP AND NEEDS INTERNET FROM THE GET GO. THEY DO NOT TELL YOU THIS ON THE PACKAGE.

I was a PS4 gamer but before that I originally bought my Xbox one in 2013 when it first came out, and I thought it was complete trash. My PS4 I traded in to GameStop because the auto eject touchscreen button thing made all my disks eject by themselves and I just bought this Xbox one from my home town Walmart a couple of days ago. I have 6 games for it and black flag seems to have better graphics than the PS4 to me but maybe that's just me I know they say the graphics are better on PS4 but I really can't tell I feel like they're better actually. This Xbox also comes with a free month of ea access too which let me get battlefield 4, hardline need for speed need for speed rivals NFL 16 etc for free I love this way better than my ps4

My son has had an Xbox 360 250GB for years, so I decided to get him the Xbox One 500GB for Christmas. He never had an issue with storage on the 360, so I thought the 500GB would be plenty. I didn't know (neither did he...) that on the Xbox One, every game, including the ones you have on disc, have to be installed/downloaded onto the hard drive to play them. He has installed/downloaded a total of 5 games, and 89% of his storage is already being used. We went today and paid another $99 for the 2TB Seagate Game Drive (external hard drive,) so he would be able to install/download more games. If you or your gamer has a good collection of games, be prepared to buy an external hard drive for extra storage, or at least pay the extra $50 to get the 1TB console.

Battlefield game download became my son's the console is all daddy's though !

It was a great buy and I couldn't be happier. If the need ever came up I would absolutely purchase another one.

Bought this as a Christmas gift for my husband. I purchased this more for the 4K player than for gaming. So far it was worth it

my grandson loved the system. he said it's preformance was better than his previous system.....what do that mean? who know? He's 16! .
