I bought several of these before, but they didn't have the dimmer function that these have. I can't imagine a time I would have the lights on anything but the brightest since I'm using them over my workbench. They are terrific. I love the brightness as well as the color temperature. The fact that they use less electricity is great too. I have two in my garage plugged into a motion detector so they turn on automatically and they really light up the garage when I walk in. Price is right too.

I purchased several of these fixtures to provide better lighting in my garage. The prime reasons for my 5 star rating are: 1. Known Honeywell Brand with a good reputation. 2. 5 year warranty... a warranty this long I believe speaks volumes about product quality. 3. Linkable: you can chain up to 10 of these fixtures together. 4. No special wiring requirements, the fixtures plug into a standard outlet... no need to hire an electrician. 5. 5000K (full spectrum) light color: perfect for those spaces where tasks are performed. This light makes it easier to see exact colors and the smallest details. 6. Energy star rated: 45 watts of power required to operate per fixture. 7. 3 brightness levels: low, medium and high. Once set, you can use a secondary switch to contol power to the fixtures (switch on a power strip, or a remote controlled outlet). Switching the lights on and off this way will allow you to maintain the same brightness level everytime you switch them on. 8. LED light source: these fixtures should produce full light output even when it is cold like it is in the winter in my unheated garage.

Bought 4 of these some time back when they were in 2 packs. We added them to the garage & wow! Light! So we bought 4 more and installed them in mother's garage. Light! Bought 6 more and installed in sister's garage. Light! Bought one more for our garage to put over a craft area. Love these things!

I BOUGHT 5 OF THESE LIGHTS TO REPLACE THE OLD LIGHTS IN THE GARAGE AND THE FIRST ONES ARE NOT CONNECTABLE BUT THE NEWER ONES ARE CONNECTABLE UP TO 10 IN A ROW. PACKAGE WAS BROKEN AND DELIVERED A DAY LATER THAN ESTIMATED. LIGHTS WERE BENT BY SHIPPER. BE WARE OF SHIPPER.

This is amazing. One shop light actually lights up my entire computer room to the point where I can even see dust bunnies in far corners and some things that had gone missing years ago have been found! I'm thankful it's dimmable, too. And the price was perfect. No more dangerous, mercury-containing fluorescent bulbs to deal with.

I needed 2 more of these lighting. I bought 4 from Sam's club a few years ago and was very pleased with them. I figured that I would get 2 more that I needed. Low and behold. They are brighter and I figured it was just an on off switch. Nope high med and low as well as off. Now that I have these 2 I actually am considering on getting 4 more to replace the others because of the brightness. But I can turn it down to look like the older ones. I like a bright shop. Maybe it's just me but if you are like me. Don't hesitate, you will be pleased with them

I had bought 2 of these a year or so ago. Love it and needed 1 more. This one has where you can have different settings of brightness. I love that feature. I have it in my garage and keep it on 24/7. I leave it on the low setting so there is always light on in the garage! Great light.

These lights are perfect for a big dark garage. Our garage always only had two little light in it along with the garage door light and it was always dark. You couldn't work in it after dark. These lights made a world of difference! Easy to install as they easily connect together using a standard 110 plug in. We connected 4 units together and then into the same socket as one of the lights. What a difference! We can see in our garage now! They are super bright and light up the entire garage! What a difference! There are also three different modes you can use so if they are too bright (if there is such a thing for a garage) you can dim them down. Comes with pretty much everything you need! I highly recommend these shop lights! I would buy more again!

I have purchased both the multi-mode and standard versions of these lights. I can't say enough good things about the light produced compared to my old out dated florescent shop lights. I will say if you have a need for a dim-able light fixture then go with the multi-mode model. If your like me and just want light when you flip the switch or pull the chain then go with the standard fixture. Pulling the chain multiple times to cycle through the modes gets old if your not wired to light switch.

Wish I had ordered more they are so good. The lights are brighter than comparable florescent lights that I replaced. Plug in to existing 110 outlets and link together with multiple sets. Three levels of brightness which make it suitable for other locations.
