Great light's for indoor ONLY.

I installed 3 sets in my screen enclosure and many bulbs filled with rain water. Yes they quit working until Honeywell fixes this problem install inside ONLY.

Bulbs burn out

I purchased this in July 2017 and within several months the bulbs started to burn out. Right now 7 of 18 bulbs do not light - this occurred within a 6 month period. Will need to replace with a new set from a different company. Would recommend that Sam's Club stop selling this brand. Very disappointed in the quality.

Defective

As stated in other reviews the bulbs fill with water when it rains a lot as it does here in south Louisiana. I drilled holes at the bases as suggested but this only helps for those that aren't burnt out yet. The company will replace them under warranty, although it may be best to wait for the new model coming out in January(!)

Water Logged Bulbs and Electricity Don't Mix

Bought 4 strings in May. Now it's October. Over 18 bulbs in 3 strings are either full of water, partially full of water, or broken. Had much higher hopes for them.

Zero Quality

I bought 4 of these Honeywell String lights last June from Sam's and so far 5 bulbs are not working due to water inside the bulb. I did contact the Honeywell but no respond. Honeywell knows the issue but they have NOT recall it, WHY? no wonder they selling it very cheap now.

Best String light in the market, and it's LED!

We installed this 36ft Honeywell LED string light in our back yard this weekend, and we cannot be happier with the result. The bulbs are LED which will last years and uses very little energy. Not to mention the light bulbs are filament style which glows nicely, and are not harsh to look at. Also, we added an outdoor dusk to dawn with timer device so this light will be able to turn on automatically everyday with no effort! I truly recommend this product to anyone who is looking to add lighting to the patio or any space.

4 Strings 4 Years 0 Failure Rate

Not sure why some folks are having burnout issues. We have 4 strings of these exact lights, installed outdoors (100 F to minus 24F, and have been running for four years without a single failure. We also have them connected to and controlled by Alexa to dim they from full brightness down to about 15 percent. Downside? If a bulb does fail, there are no avenues for replacements other than buying another string for spares.

Same as others. Not waterproof. Poor support.

Purchased in June of 2017. Within a couple weeks a couple bulbs burnt out due to filling with either rain or condensation. I had some extra bulbs because I didn't use the entire 36', so I replaced those burnt out thinking maybe it was just the bulbs. Since that time we have had about a dozen more go out for the same issue. We called the customer service number on the label and left messages 3 consecutive days with no follow up from the service group so we resorted to contacting Honeywell, who also did not help by just redirecting us to the manufacturer (they just license the name...not a Honeywell product). We will see if anything comes from that. Don't buy these. There are better products on the market.
