I purchased these and hung them on my pergola and used them for approximately 2 hrs one evening. I like the looks of them and the lighting is just right for sitting out in the evening. We had a very heavy rain storm that evening and the next day when I turned them on, most of them were full of water and 5 of the bulbs don't work. I'm not impressed and thoroughly dissatisfied with the amount I paid for 2 hours of use and no where carries replacement bulbs

I liked everything about them, except you can't hang them outside, they filled up with water and no longer work. At first glance you wouldn't think they would collect that much rain water, but some of the bulbs are half filled up and one by one the lights stopped working. I have tried to get the mfg to work with me but they don't answer or return my call

These lights looked great at first, but they are not weatherproof. I ordered 3 sets for my patio in May, 2017. Less than 2 years later, most of the bulbs are now filled with water and do not light. So much for the 5-year guarantee. They are discolored and look very shabby. It is also a pain to get replacement bulbs. You have to contact the manufacturer. Cannot just replace. I will be replacing these lights with a set that makes bulb replacement easier. I really wanted to like these lights, but am greatly disappointed.

Initially I purchased these - plugged them in and waited for an outdoor project to be finished prior to putting them up. They have been up for (2) weeks and after an evening of rain bulbs are no longer working. Seems to be a pattern here Honeywell... For the price I paid for these I expected far better quality. These are subpar at best. If I wanted cheap lights I would have purchased cheap lights. Needless to say I am disappointed- I've already sent your customer service and email and I'll expect a remedy or clearly I will be returning these to SAMS Club.

I have the same problem with water in some of the bulbs. I emailed customer service @ Honeywell, and they promptly returned my email. They confirmed the problem with the lights retaining water. They informed me the ones they have in stock there do not have the problem. Just needed to email pics of my receipt, and they will send me 2 new sets of lights! ( I had purchased 2 ) it had been almost 5 months, and I no longer had the receipt. Went to Sams club, and told them roughly when I purchased them. They printed me off copies of the receipt! Emailed it to customer service, and voila 2 new sets are on the way free of charge. Also keep your receipt customer service told me they were guaranteed 5 years!

I saw the other reviews stating that they had water in the bulbs and some not working. I'm in the same situation. I have called and emailed customer service with no response as of yet. I'll give it a few more days. Buy at your own risk. Hopefully it will work out for the best. They are beautiful lights when they work. I will update if I hear from Honeywell. 6/27/17

Lost two bulbs that filled with water after one good rain shower and a third bulb after light rain. Their customer service number (877-723-0723) is a voicemail box that evidently isn't monitored as they haven't yet returned my call. Do not recommend this product.

I almost bought these at the store 131505 but they did not look real to me and I bumped into these instead -online. Boy I am glad I did, these look like the real thing and totally worth it! I bought two of them and might get another. Word of caution do not be like me a go like what the heck!? when you take them out of the box. They come with a reddish protective film. You need to remove it and then you will see the real warm white color. They also lool like the real thing since the LEDs are built to look like filaments. You will NOT regret your purchase!

I had two strings of these lights. I really like them. But almost every bulb filled with water after it rained. The water level rose to where it was making contact with the LEDs and the bottom of the bulbs started turning yellow. Several phone calls and unreturned messages left with the Honeywell rep caused me to return the strings to Sams. I really wish these bulbs did not fill with water. If they were to get that problem resolved, my rating would be 5 stars.

We purchased these for our pergola. The holes within the cord made them easy to hang. We love the Edison lights and warm glow at night
