Really wanted to like it. The highest heat setting was warm at best and the level of air output was worse than my 7 year old blow dryer I was replacing. I have really long hair on the thick side and took me 2x as long to dry. Returned

This blow dryer is light weight and sleek looking, it also has a lot of power without getting too hot. I tend to find with other blow dryers tend to hurt my arm after a while but not this one!
