This is one of the best purchases that I have made. This surpasses the expectations that I had.  It out performs any other mixer that I have owned.

Replaces my 15-year old model. Old parts are compatible. Speed switch on the old one became problematic.

It's a fabulous mixer but i didn't realize that you cannot raise or tip the head which i am not happy with

Ordered oct 28 2021. Received on November 1 ??
You put it on sale Nov 6. Said I could not get the difference of &100.00 has to be done in 7 days from the date I bought  I'm 80 yrs said my son could not bring it back to the store it had to be sent back in the mail. I think I have been a pretty good customer of Sams and I think it is terrible especially since on Oct 28 I looked at it on line and it stated the price was so good I would have to sign in to see the price the manufacturer would get upset if they saw how low the price was. So I signed in guess what the price was $359. Lie not on sale so I bought it for that price. Lied then on the 6 of Nov you showed the price for all to see discount $100.off lied again. Don't like the way you do business so maybe I need to take my business elsewhere

This is a top-notch mixer that we fully expect will be handed down to another generation, and does everything it is advertised to do, and can't wait to buy some of the add-on attachments that are available for it.  Oh, and for anyone who is wondering when they get it, what the heck the notch in the end of the included spoon is for, it is intended for cleaning off the wire whip attachments.  Highly recommend this mixer for anyone in your life that enjoys cooking/baking.
