Ordered prior to Christmas to make favorite Polish recipes. Made several recipes with this mixer and it performed exceptional making the wear and tear of my hand mixing a thing of the past. Taught my 18 year old granddaughter who mastered operation in one use. Not having the tilt head ability is not a hinderance to effective use of this product.

Which was still running like the day I got it by the way! Christmas without this beautiful baby was impossible! Love this mixer! My only con is I wish I would have purchased a bigger bowl capacity. If your on the fence....pull the trigger and purchase one! Mixes bread, double batches cookies cakes with ease! Whisk meringue, whip cream works great. I have the meat grinding attachment that also is amazing! Looking at getting more of the attachments!

I bought a beautiful Boysenberry colored one on the 20th, had to return it today, the 22nd, because my husband adjusted it as far as possible, the beaters still struck the bowl. Bought the Sky Blue Aqua mixer and it is worse than the first one. Sadly, will be returning it as well. I guess I will have to make do with a tilt head mixer. I had more faith in Kitchenaid than this!!

Was disappointed that I had to adjust the bowl height - never experienced this previously. Had the adjustment not been to the maximum possible, I would have tried to adjust a bit more. The bowl is a bit difficult to snap into place.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the Professional Heavy Duty Series in January. I use it to mix cheese spreads, homemade Spaghetti sauce and anything that's needs mixing. Love the big bowl it has. I do like the lower option of the bowl. Very easy clean up and put back together.

I make a lot of homemade bread for my family and friends. This KitchenAid has been a dream for me. I have really bad arthritis in my right hand and usually need help to knead the dough. My family was surprised to see homemade bread and learned that no one had to help me! I am now totally independent! Cakes, bread, and so much more is so easy to make now. I only wish I would've bought one sooner!

Its been one of my dreams to have one of these mixers, it was such deal I couldn't help myself. Its so sturdy and so heavy, so it doesn't shake when making bread. I can already tell its gonna last for a while. The shipping was also pretty fast, and the box didn't come damaged.

I got my first KitchenAid Pro mixer when I started making wedding cakes when I was 13 years old. I had that mixer for over 35 years and now my daughter has it and is using it for her family. I have a new navy blue one and wouldn't trade it for the world. I love KitchenAid appliances!!
