[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second Kitchen Aid. I am a little disappointed with my new one. It is so noisy and it sounds like the gears are grinding. It also makes a high pitch sound. I don't think this one will last 40 years like my old one. I do like the wide bowl. It makes it easier to put ingredients in while it is mixing. I like the new style dough hook. It does a good job of mixing the ingredients.

Terrible it gets everywhere cant use this piece anymore. I've only hand washed it and seems like the quality control on the product has gone down.

My mom has had hers for probably over 40 years and was a professional cake decorator - I got my sister's old one and used it regularly, especially over the holidays. I was shocked and bummed the first time I used this one at how noisy it is compared to the older models. Perhaps using lighter materials contributes to this. Works fine, looks pretty, just wish it was as quiet as the older models.

I have always joked he was the better cook between us. I have to say getting this appliance has been a game changer fir me personally. I have tried so many new things from scratch that I never would have we thought of pre-kitchen aid. My new favorite has been a Mary Berry Pavlova! Best quarantine present ever!

I love the sleek design and that I can leave it sitting on my counter and it blends with my 1950s themed kitchen.

I passed the Artisan down to my grand-daughter and bought this one when I saw it at my local warehouse club for a great price. So happy I did. I could not be happier.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this stand mixer 2 months ago. I had an older model that's about 15 years old-I gave it to my daughter when she moved to her new place. I didn't think I'd miss it. I was wrong! I bought a hand mixer to replace it but that did not cut it. I love the ease of use. I did purchase a new dough hook and paddle, as the standard issue with my new purchase was sub par. I'm happy with my purchase. I would like to purchase attachments so that I can get more use out of my mixer as I don't bake as often as I use to.

I ordered this for my wife for Christmas. She has only used it once, so far and loves it! She has wanted one of these for years. The price was very good! Delivery was so fast! I didn't expect it for a few more days. I had to give it to my wife when it arrived (before Christmas) because it was shipped in the box with it's picture on the outside. No problem. She simply loves it!
