Recently, i bought this mixer. Used it for kneading dough for making indian Roti/Poori. Dough was very soft and mixed well and completed within few minutes. This machine is very powerful. Very easy to handle and clean. 3 Qt pot is also very useful.

bought this for my daughter for an early Christmas present since hers went on the blink and she loves it! Great buy for the money! I have one but not with these extra features or I would have bought another one for myself.

I've had this product for just over a month and it is an investment in my future baked goods for sure! I've been making sourdough bread all month long and being able to knead the bread without getting tired is priceless. Great for cookie dough of all kinds as well!

This is a great product but I believe the tilt feature may work a little better. I've never used tilt but based on my experience with this product it seems it would be easier to just tilt it up and move on. The lift bowl makes getting attachments out of the bowl a little harder. Overall mixing is wonderful! Price was excellent...I compared for quite sometime. This one was $100 off!

I bought a KA 5qt w/450 watt motor. Most of the reviews I see complain that it is a little loud. The motor is bigger, I think that's why it's louder. The other major issue is taking the bowl off and on, so mine just pops off with a slight tug, however, putting it back took a little skill. I have found that if you tilt the bowl up in the back, place the pegs in the holes then with your thumbs on the back of the bowl and your fingers on the arms you just pull down and it pops right in! Easypeasy, I love my mixer!!!

Bought this during the Black Friday Sale, and glad that we did. My wife loves to bake, and had never owned a KitchenAid before, and we are glad we made the purchase. One thing we've learned is that KitchenAid sells a variety of mixers to Sam's Club, than they do to other retailers. So some accessories may not be compatible with this mixer, that you would normally get from a regular retailer. Nevertheless, this is an awesome mixer!

I bought this on black Friday (Day after Thanksgiving). Got here pretty quick. Bought it to make bread. I make about 10 loaves a week and this really has been helpful. Also used it to make Christmas cookies about 5 times. I feel it is definitely been worth the value ($200). I would usually bye a cheap hand mixer at least once a year, but when I started making bread with the hand mixers cheap bread hook ..it broke after 4 batches. ..so I thought I needed something that would last. My friend recommended this brand because she has had hers for 20 yes and it works great. I hope that is the case with mine also.

I bought this mixer at Sam's and then was looking for the flexible beater attachment. Everywhere I look it says that you cannot purchase the attachement if mixed bought at Sam's. And I wish I had bought a tilt-head instead. Doesn't come close to sides when mixing.

The size of this mixer's bowl is perfect for me. Nice & big! The directions state that this mixer will mix up things quicker than the normal one. They're right. It mixes things up so quickly. It's awesome. Things are mixed almost before I start. I wish that I hadn't waited so long to buy this. Hopefully this will last as long as my old stand mixer. That will make it perfect.
