Was unable to order online for pick up at Sam's and still get a gift receipt. Had to "return it" for a refund and then re-buy it at the store. Eventually, I had to return that one because I got the wrong color initally. My fault. The product is excellent and Sam's offered extra utensils which I couldn't have gotten if purchased elsewhere. Price was reasonable and free delivery with Sam's premium account made it a no brainer. Mixer was very heavy and well made and arrived in good shape. It took one day longer than the order originally stated but in this case that didn't matter at all. I received notifications from Sam's to let me know what was happening.

I have had a basic KitchenAid mixer for 20 years, still works perfectly. But I couldn't pass up this amazing deal. I love having the lift and the 2nd bowl and extra whisk. I love this machine! Personally for me, it is not hard to attach either bowl or to make the lift work.

Great stand mixer that is very attractive and matches the other brick red accessories in the kitchen. The only problem I found was that I did not scrub (and I do mean scrub) the metal bowl long enough. There was a gray filmy residue in my first cookie batter. I Googled it and found that the bowl needs to have a pretty stringent cleaning regimen done prior to using the bowl (and beaters). Once I did that, everything else is great.

I've always wanted one but never could bring myself to pay as much as were. When Sam's Club put them on sale for Black Friday I could not pass it up! Much cheaper than I ever thought I could get it for! The bowl lift is really nice! Makes mixing large batter so easy! It is so powerful and durable. Extremely well made. The only negatives if I had to choose is that it is very heavy and you must take the attachment off in order to remove the bowl from the base. If it's stationary there's no problem but if it requires moving it every time you use it then it could be a problem. I believe it weighs 30 lbs. I chose the chrome (silver) color so that it matches my appliances. It came with plenty of attachments and even had a bonus 3qt bowl with mini whisk. Definitely would recommend this especially at the great deal I snagged it at!

Really love my new kitchen aid mixer! I love the red color as well. This was a Valentine's gift from my parents as I've wanted one for past year. When I used it the first time it was a dream come true! Able to watch it work its magic while I save my upper arm strength...have made chocolate mousse filled cupcakes and a cake for my friend's birthday...also several batches of cookies...can't say enough good things about it...it's just grand!

I purchased the mixer a month ago because the power level and features were better than other similar priced mixers. I used the mixer to make meringue for a pie which was always a struggle. The meringue turned out so fluffy and light, absolutely amazing. Great purchase, turn it on and it works it's magic.

I have wanted a Kitchen Aid mixer for as long as I could remember. Since I started working in the kitchen for my employment, I so want to come home and make these recipes for my family. Granted the mixer I use at work is a floor mixer that comes up to my chest...HUGE! But this Professional heavy duty stand mixer is Perfect for smaller batches of the same. I have had it for a couple months now and absolutely love it; I can't wait to collect all of the attachments and be able to utilize this mixer for everything I do in the kitchen. Thank you Kitchen Aid for a quality mixer that I will use for life!

My mother bought me a Kitchen Aid mixer 27 years ago when I got married. After the motor burned out this year, I waited on a instant savings opportunity from Sam's to replace it. Unfortunately, as soon as I unpacked it, I could feel the mixer was not as heavy as my older model. I tried to make a batch of cookies. My husband came through the kitchen to check and make sure the motor wasn't about to explode. It sounded like it was struggling to make this normal sized batch of chocolate chip cookies. The motor had a high pitch and I lost all confidence that this mixer would last very long. I returned it.

Love it. Whips egg whites up fast much faster than my other mixer. I love the fact that the tools come off like it does. I will be buying the splatter guard, I think it should come with it but it's ok. Plan on getting the sausage stuffer, grinder and fruit grinder. Thanks for a great product.

My mother has had one for a very long time. I've loved growing up and learning how to make so many things with this machine. We have made large batch cookies, homemade pasta, prepared veggies, shredded cheese, cakes and bread dough and so much more! ❤️ it! It's a work horse for any size family!
