Love the red

Bought the aqua sky (seafoam green) color in the store. I thought at the cheap price-point it would probably be too good to be true, but it has been awesome! I use it atleast 3x/week for dinners and desserts. Everything works well, all of the attachments fit smoothly and work like they should. It's heavy so you need to have decent upper body strength if you're gonna be moving it on and off the counter. It's also very quiet. I adjusted the height of the beater attachment like the instruction manual says to do (if your attachments are hitting the bottom/sides of the bowl). It's easy to clean. I don't waste my time mixing anything by hand anymore.

This mixer is awesome.

I bought mine 6 years ago. It sits on my kitchen counter and I've used it probably 20 times. It broke on Christmas Day when I was making tamales. For a "Professional" product and as expensive as they are, I expected it to last for many, many years with the amount of times I use it a year. Will never buy a KitchenAid mixer again.

Great product

Purchased the first one and had to return it after first use as you could hear the gears grinding. Returned to store and exchanged it. Opened box and plugged in and the sound in all speeds was deafening. Will be returning for refund and will Purchase a 6 qt model that you can get accessories for and has a pouring shield. Very disappointed and what a huge waste of my valuable time.
