The unit is good for everyday use. If you make lots of bread (mixing dough) is a bit struggle, not as I expected it to be. You'll be better off buying the next level with enough power to do the job. Overall, it's a good buy.

I have had this mixer for years and it is a cornerstone appliance in my kitchen. When my niece got married and had this in the wedding registry, I bought it as a wedding present. The newlyweds love it!

Not happy with the performance. It doesn't reach the bottom & sides of bowl, bowls are very hard to remove and put on. It does not totally mix up the contents

I know it is supposed to have soft start, but it does not always start on #1. I have to turn it off, and turn it in again. It also makes a weird noise until I move it to speed 4 and above. Once it gets going it mixes well.
