The set looked intimidating upon seeing what was inside after opening the box but once we read the instructions and tried to peel an apple it became apparent this thing really works and works well. It has been fun using the different attachments and experimenting how to make both fancy and simple designs with fruits and vegetables so the presentation isn't the same old boring way we always have done it. It even seems as though the better food looks the better it tastes too.

As soon as I had seen that this device existed, I knew I had to get it. This is the first device that I have bought for my Kitchenaid mixer. It is great. Clean up is easy. The vegetables saute up quicker because they are thinner. I love it! Even my husband likes the vegetables better.

If I could give this 3.5 Stars instead of 3 I would. Pro: the attachment does the bulk of the work. Con: hard vegetables such as potatoes can be tricky and bend the slicer. I wish the Spiralizer parts were sturdier and all metal rather than having hard plastic parts. Zucchini is a breeze to spiralize. If you spiralize hard vegetables make sure you use the lowest setting to ensure it is embedded into the spiked holder properly.

I used this to core and peel the apples from our orchard. We used a manual tool in the past and it was so labor intensive winding and unwinding the tool. The kitchen aid eliminated that task and we were able to process our apples much faster. Our apples weren't always perfect size or shape so there was some frustration processing the odd balls, other than that, works great and I am so happy to have purchased it.

This was a complete surprise as a gift and we've loved using it! We've created pho that rivals the best that we've had at top-rated restaurants. And using it as an alternative to pasta as well as a welcomed change in salads is unmatched. So glad that my husband had the insight and the willingness to give this accessory a try.

My boyfriend bought this for us and I LOVE it! Its super easy to clean, which is awesome. We tried to spiralize everything we had in the fridge which was a fun experience. Note - limes.. not the best for this. My only complaint is that if the vegetable or fruit isn't cut evenly it won't slice or spirals evenly and might get jammed. But after some practice.. super helpful product!

I've only had my KitchenAid Spiralizer for a short time, yet I've already done so much with it! Beautiful salads, pasta (zoodles, especially!), peeled apples for a pie, peeled pears for a crumble -- it's so much fun and fast but, best of all, nutritious, too!

I love this attachment for our mixer! We just got married and looking for kitchen tools to help us stick with our healthy eating plan and this certainly does help! It's fun to eat noodles that look like pasta but way healthier. I would recommend this to anyone!

The unit came packaged well and was very easy to set up. The advantage of this over the manual spiralizer that we had been using is certainly the lower level of effort required. The real revelation is the uniformity of the finished product. The strips are longer, too, because the blades follow the contours of the vegetable. The breakdown and cleaning was quite easy. Because of the complexity of the blade shapes, dishwashing was the best method we could find to clean the blades. It's a high quality accessory that was well thought out. It's going to be a frequently used tool in our kitchen.

I purchased the Spiralizer last month and am so glad I did. Its very easy to use it and I have enjoyed baking curly fries, sliced apple pie, and pasta made with all kind of spiralized vegetables. I used not to eat much vegetables but this product really has encouraged to eat them more. I have made all kinds of "zoodles" and my whole family felt in love with them. If you have a pick child I garantee they would love to see you working with the spiralizer. Its fun and make your veggies so delicious!
