This was my early Christmas present to myself, and I just love it. Have used it almost everyday. Way better than my little white plastic model I got at WS. I have so much fun using it. I looked online and downloaded the KitchenAid Spiralizer Cookbook and printed it out have been making something from it almost everyday. KitchenAid you out don yourself on this product. I just have to say stop making attachments I have bought all of them so far and love them all.

The KitchenAid spiralizer has been great in helping us get the new diet underway. Using the power of the KitchenAid mixer makes the whole process easy, rather than cranking the hand powered models. The parts are easy to clean and the box makes a great place to keep all the parts. We've made some great meals with the KitchenAid spiralizer and will continue to do so. My only suggestion for future design would be to make it so that you can put wider vegetables/fruits on it.

Got it today and immediately tried it. Made zuchinni "spaghetti" with the small spiral blade. My husband made some low carb sauce with Italian sausage and ground beef, onions, garlic, and mushrooms and it was outstanding. We will definitely be having more of these and experimenting with other veggies and fruits.

The peeler blade is supposed to snap into the arm but it is only held in place by a flimsy lever. You remove the peeler blade by depressing the lever. However, the lever is so flimsy that it bends easily when you depress it, which results in the peeler blade not locking at all. The fix is fairly easy but you have to remove the lever and bend it back into position. Even then, the peeler blade may not "click" into place and requires that you push up on the lever. The remainder of the blades attach in a different fashion and are fine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first use of the Spiralizer was for some apple slices just before bedtime - peeled and sliced so easy. It was the perfect healthy snack. Next was hash browns for breakfast, spiralized in advace and frozen - what a treat, so easy. I tried both grilled under the broiler and cooked in a waffle iron - definitely would go for the broiler!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I bought my five blade spiralizer my thoughts were that it would peel apples from my tree much faster than by hand. It cut my time peeling apples by 75% and saved my hands from accidental cuts. Wonderful Product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only used this a couple of times for sweet potatoes. I baked with olive oil, salt and pepper, very tasty and easy! I wish that KitchenAid would add a few recipes with the instruction booklet. Would be helpful for the first time making something.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about 2 weeks ago we used it once. I like the thicker cut on squash, if you use the thin cut it gets to mushy. I was also given as a gift about 2 years ago a pasta maker. Best thing ever!!! I just wish it could make linguine cut pasta. other than that best thing out there use all the time!!!

I just bought this last week and was so ex ited to use it for our Thanksgiving dinner. So far i only used it to spiralized potatoes and zuchini and it works GREAT. However, it was a chore/pain to get it to fit into our stand mixer. I have the Pro 610 series. It seems the square hole inside the mixer is a tad small, thus making it a tight fit. Is that normal or did I get a defective one?

This is simple to put together and works quickly even on a low speed setting. I love using this to make zoodles and to slice green apples for a fruit bruschetta. However, the plastic on my piercing component broke into a few pieces after a few uses. The broken piece doesn't impede the functionality as of yet, but don't know how long it will last and if I could get a replacement.
