[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago and love the new toaster. It is 4 slices and easy to use with a timer when the toast is done. Good adjustable settings.

This, other than smaller numbers, is a good toaster for visually challenged. The knob has a bump so you can tell which way is up. The knob clicks as you turn it. There's a buzz when the toast pops up.

I love this 4 slice toaster but one side stopped working after 2 years of use. When you push the lever down it doesn’t stay down. It should last longer.

Can't get a good looking piece of toast from this toaster. Goes from lightly toasted to burnt. Nothing in between. I did not expect this from a kitchen aid appliance.I do not recommend this toaster.
