[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a well made toaster with features which are very user friendly. There are a lot of less expensive cheaply made toasters out there but they do not offer the same features nor do they toast as evenly from my experiences. This toaster will stay in my kitchen for a long time.

Very good toaster I like it a lot especially with bagels. It’s good for bagels.

Good but this toaster still burns my toast on the lowest toasting level.

I really like this toaster. I had an older model that I liked a little better, but it's not make anymore. The upside to this one is that it's smaller and has the options of bagels and bread, which t he older Kitchen aid did not. Looks good in my kitchen, too!

I purchased the toaster as a Christmas present for my boyfriend's mom. Her current 4-slice toaster, from another brand that remain nameless, stopped working on one side so she could only toast 2 pieces of bread at a time. Since we have family gatherings at her house often, she was thrilled to get a new toaster and a KitchenAid on top of that! I highly recommend this toaster!

I had Kitchen Aid long toaster for years and you never knew how your toast would come out. I decided to buy the smaller toaster and does the same thing. Would not recommend.

Works fine as long as you check the browness level every use or you get burned toast. The dial moves easily and there’s no marking on it just an indentation for where to set it on the numbers
