I bought this waffle iron about a month ago after my old one completely fell apart after many years. I was really concerned about being able to replace it since I really loved the one I had. I have been very happy. The waffles are thick and fluffy. The iron itself is easy to clean and works well! My kids say the waffles are great!!!

My family loves waffles and I have wanted a waffle maker for a long time. I knew i wanted one that flipped over to get everything evenly cooked. This one is perfect. The dial allows you to have fluffy waffles, or a little more heat will get you a fluffy waffle inside with a little crisp outside. Only thing that Im still not sure about is the ready light on the flip side. It comes on when the one on the "waffle iron is ready" for batter side comes on. Still figuring it out but we love it. Use Pam or any nonstick spray before pouring batter BUT dont close the iron back down before pouring because you will scorch the spray stick before the batter gets poured. Hope this helps!!

I purchased this item for my sister who lives 500 miles from me. It appeared to be previously purchased, unpacked, then repacked and returned to Sam's. There were no instructions and my sister wasn't sure how to operate. I was a little disappointed in the way it was presented. But it was purchased on Sam's auction and was about 2/3 of the original price so next time I will need to be aware when buy it.
