I have owned many types of can openers in my lifetime but I have finally found one that fits all of my requirements. It is a classy stainless steel, very sturdy and cuts perfectly every time.

I asked for this as a Christmas present. The hand held can openers were simply no good, wearing out quickly and of inferior quality. This Cuisinart can opener is stylish, easy to use, quiet and very attractive!

pile of junk part that opens can keeps sliding off and not very powerful ,struggles with the larger cans. should have kept my old one. this rating is a joke wont even take my name cause its already being used..lol

It's beautiful but it doesn't hold onto cans well at all - most of the time the can falls off the opener while it's operating. Very disappointed with Cuisinart. I should have trusted the reviews. Not a happy camper.

It's a little pricey. But well worth the extra cost. Sturdy and heavy enough to not tilt over with large heavy cans. Works like a charm and cleaning the blade is easy as can be.

Love this gadget! I’ve been struggling with carpal tunnel issues in my hand, and this opener has been a life saver. Product has a nice weight, and can open large cans with no problem at all. Highly recommend!

Connecting the can to the opener to start the opening process does not always work. I am afraid of metal shards entering the can of food. Not impressed & a bit concerned.

This heavy duty can opener is great! You can load a can into it and walk away. It will open the can and turnoff. The unit is heavy enough to stand up with a heavy can loaded into it and not tip over! This unit should serve us for many, many years.

Beautiful piece, but it will not open a 32 ounce can - keeps falling off. Actual blade piece falls out all the time, does not hold in place without help.
