It’s heavy duty and sturdy to use the only thing I worry is the plastic that is attached to the removable blade which might break in the future. I wish is was all made of stainless

I ordered this because it was similar to my previous one which I really liked but this did not compare. It's hard to get the can to stay on the opener and when it does it falls off when the can is opened splashing liquid everwhere.

Received as a gift for Mother's Day & just what I needed As a Senior it became difficult to open cans, this can opener has been wonderful. Thank you.

The greatest thing about this can opener is that it is a work of art! It looks great, it works great and is an appliance you don't mind leaving on the counter.

Like the slender design and stainless steel finish. It is easy to use. Bought it because of pain using a hand held can opener due to rotator cuff issues. Would be perfect if cutting edges were smooth.

I’ve only had it since December and it already is working sporadically! In the beginning, no problem attaching, now it is hard to get it to cut the can all the way thru!

Love this can opener! It's very well made and easy to use. The thing I love most about it is, I can take the part off that opens the can and either put it in the dishwasher or wash it by hand. I highly recommend this can opener!!!

After suffering through the failures of 2 or 3 less expensive can openers, I decided to spend the substantial amount of money required to purchase the Cuisinart opener. It's terrific but a little bit pricy for a can opener.

We bought this about 6 months ago, based on Cuisinart's reputation. We were pleased with it until the cutter unit broke. We sent an email & the new part was received within 2 weeks. Wish the cutter unit was built stronger.

I got the can opener for Christmas, and I love it!!! It is tall, so many differently sized cans will fit. And it is quiet, and smooth. Also very attractive on the counter. All in all its a great purchase!!!
