Nature fuel power beets

I'm sure this is very healthy. However, it makes my smoothies very hard to get down.  I've tried a few different solutions.  Different fruit combinations, added sweetener, different protein powder, eliminating protein powder, etc.  Nothing seems to help. I'll be giving this to my brother in law.  He seems to like it.

Really wanted to like this

Wow. Honestly, I had some trepidation going into this product. It sat on my counter for many weeks before I “braved” opening it. I love beets, but don’t find myself making them often (too laborious). When I opened the package, a very pleasant smell greeted me. I mixed it with water, as indicated, popped some ice in, let it chill for a few minutes, and finally took my first sip. It. Was. So. Tasty! No aftertaste, what a great way to consume beets (doesn’t taste like beets at all, but definitely the same color!).

Surprisingly refreshing!
