It seems to energize. Taste good but I would use it anyway. I hope that it doesn't spike blood sugar. It seems to good to be true.

Tastes great and good benefits, just not the same benefits as a competitor. However every person is different.

Good investment i used to drink super beets. Outpticed so i ordered power beets good. Desolve issues, bit i can love with that keep shaking it.
