It seems like a placebo. Neither one nor two capsules work. We even tried one Stress capsule in conjunction with one Chill capsule and there was no effect. Very dissatisfied with purchase.

Who knew that an "overstimulated sympathetic nervous system" could be responsible for so many health issues.
