These definitely taste good and help me fall asleep , but they make it hard to wake up. The next morning, I feel tired until the afternoon because it is still in my system, and this makes it hard to stay awake.

Lower dose of Melatonin made it less cost effective for me. When I first started taking melatonin, these did the trick. As I adapted to the dose they were no longer useful. Taste is great! Still my favorite gummy vitamins.
