I really like these! They definitely help calm me and reduce anxiety. Good to take before high stress situations and also before bed. The taste is pretty decent. They are a little pricey at $14, but worth it.

I think we all struggle when it comes to falling asleep at night. Target takes all of my money and I’m so glad I stumbled upon these goodies! I chew two gummies right before bed and I can’t even temper falling asleep, love them!

These gummies work! I only eat one vs the serving size of two, because I have a 3 month old, and I want to rest but also be alert enough when I’m needed lol One gummy works perfect for that! These are also tasty!

These work pretty well, and I love the taste. The only thing is that they definitely take longer to work than the claim. Since you eat them, the more food you eat before eating, the longer they take to become effective. 

Flavor is a little gross but helps you get to sleep faster. I still wake up throughout the night when using this product but I’ve never tried other brands that help get the same outcome. Overall it’s good.

When I don’t want to take a full on sleeping pill, this gets the job done. And I love that it’s super affordable and you get a good amount in the jar.

I really like this vitamin for stress. I tried taking prescription medication for my stress and it made me have not so good side effects but these gummies do help a little and don't give me those same side effects
