I honestly didn't notice a difference in how quickly I fell asleep or how well I stayed asleep. Don't waste your money on this just buy the cheap melatonin that they have at CVS

These gummies really work! I used to take a bunch of different supplemtment and medicines for stress before I found these. The key “De-stressors” in this formula are GABA, L-Theanine, & Lemon Balm.

This was okay but didn’t notice a huge difference in my mood after using. I figured I’d be in a better mood being less stressed but felt about the same with or without this.

One of these gummies and I am able to get a great nights rest. Unlike some melatonin gummies, these do not cause me to have vivid dreams/nightmares, which is a plus. Would definitely recommend to anyone who struggles falling and staying asleep.

I really like this vitamin for stress. I tried taking prescription medication for my stress and it made me have not so good side effects but these gummies do help a little and don't give me those same side effects

I take this when I am feeling anxious or stressed. It doesn’t make me feel jittery and doesn’t taste bad. All it does is clear my mind which the label does mention. I love it! I prefer it over prescribed medication.

These taste freat and the taste alone is calming and soothing. Like some of their other products, hard to say if they work and I wish they came in bigger bottles, but I still take them!
