I absolutely love these sleep gummies! I have found them to be extremely effective and delicious. I tend to have a difficult time falling asleep, so I was shocked to find that these put me right to bed and keep me asleep until the next morning.

My sister recommended these to me and I was shocked that they actually worked. They’re super affordable, taste good, and exceeded my expectations. I did not think they’d be as effective as they were!

Taste good, but they definitely don’t help you fall asleep faster. I think they help keep you asleep throughout the night. But I didn’t notice anything amazing from these

I tried taking these while I was pregnant and I could only take one gummie, rather than the dose of two. I feel like it only helped a little bit for me but it worked for my husband.

LOVE these vitamins. Used often and they still work great. Great brand, taste, effective, and affordable. Never disappointed by the brand. Will continue to use them. Like that they aren't covered in sugar. 

I love this supplement because it has Elderberry in it. This herb is awesome for helping boost immune system. I am a horrible insomniac. Not much helps me but this works fast for my family. I will continue to use it, but overall its a great product.

This product is amazing it literally puts me and my husband out we sleep so go through the night I noticed My dreams are so vivid and I never feel draggy when I wake up I would try this product it is worth your money

I honestly didn't notice a difference in how quickly I fell asleep or how well I stayed asleep. Don't waste your money on this just buy the cheap melatonin that they have at CVS

I don't know that melatonin products work for me. That being said, these don't have to best taste. I felt like I was just wasting calories eating candy. They did nothing for me, and I gave them away after taking them for a week

This is kind of a double edged sword - I found that these gummies helped me fall asleep faster. That said, I never woke up well rested and always felt groggy in the morning. I don’t think this is worth it for that reason.
