Definitely helps to calm down my nerves. I like that this is natural and non habit forming. The taste is really good and has a gummy texture . Try not to indulge lol

OMGGGGG YALL! I’ve had trouble sleeping for years and I don’t even know why and I’ve tried literally everything and this is the only thing I’ve found that helps me go to sleep quickly and STAY asleep!

I love these sleep gummies! First thing I do when I come up to bed is chew a couple (which taste AWESOME btw) then do my nighttime routines before bed and by the time I am head on the pillow, I'm pretty chill and fall asleep easier and quicker.

maybe it's all on my mind, but it really works !! If you have a toddler in the terrible 2 I recommend it without hesitation. ps: you should take the gummies, not the child hahaaa

This was an awful product for me it would take a while to kick in and once it did it would just knocked me out cold without warning it also made me feel like I lacked so much more sleep then normal made me even more tired never again

I give one of these a night to eCh of my kids and it seems to really help get the asleep and keep them asleep. The fact they are a gummy makes it super easy

When taking these, I definitely could tell that they would help me fall asleep faster. Personally it isn’t something I would want to have to rely on on a regular basis.

This product help get me through some stressful work times and really does kick in fast if used as directed. I keep these on-hand just in case I need them for work or personal issues.

I would say this product does work, but the gummy form and marketing make it seem like taking melatonin like this regularly is okay and it really is more serious than that. You really should talk to your doctor before taking melatonin consistently
