I don't know that melatonin products work for me. That being said, these don't have to best taste. I felt like I was just wasting calories eating candy. They did nothing for me, and I gave them away after taking them for a week

Tasty enough the kids will take one if need be. They don’t knock you out but will help you fall asleep if taken everyday in the evening. Relatively equal in price to other competitors.
