I had been having so much trouble sleeping when I traveled, I wouldn’t be able to go to bed till 4am and having to wake up at like 6am. So I tried these sleeping gummies because pills aren’t my go to ever and I took 2 and they knocked me out in the next like 5ish minutes after I took them. Best vitamins that I’ve bought.

This is the best melatonin product I have used. I have always struggled falling asleep, especially now due to quarantine and I have had great night sleeps with this product. I love this vitamins to help me fall asleep bus what does irritate does it take longer to Kenny has a good price it's not good taste good I just wish I were more in the bottle I take them every night never better than I thought they'd be I'm so happy I took a chance on them

I’ve been using this for like a month now and they have really helped me with my sleep. I worked second shift so I usually wouldn’t go to bed until about midnight and when I switched shifts and had to work mornings I had the hardest time going to sleep early so I would take two of these about an hour before 10 and It would take about 30 minutes for me to start dozing off and falling asleep.

First off, really cute packaging! The color scheme and bottle shape are really nice. The gummies themselves taste really good, sweet but I I can tell they don’t have candy sugar. They do make me feel really calm and relaxed so I do think that they are doing something to my mood. For the price they’re really good.

My son loves these and ask for them all the time! Most of the time I have to make sure it's been 24 hours. This vitamin gives me the peace of mind that I'm doing all I can to protect his immune system. I will not say the added probiotic did enough for me to tell a difference but nontheless it has been a repeat buy for us.

I am a huge fan of Olly products and I was excited to try these vitamins since I struggle with sleep! They work great for getting me to sleep but sadly I always wake up in the middle of the night as if the vitamin wears off. I could take it at 10:30 and be asleep by 11 and then I’ll wake up at 3am. I’m not sure if it only happens with me! Great for putting me to sleep but not so great at keeping me asleep.

You have to take like three per serving if I remember right, so you'll go through the bottle pretty quickly. They have this granulated sugar type coating which kind of hurts my teeth so chewing three gummed covered in the stuff wasn't my idea of fun. I'm not sure if they really made a difference in my sleep quality either.

These vitamins mellow me out and taste great. The only problem I have with these is they make me nauseous but, after a little of internet digging, lemon balm can make your stomach upset. So, if your stomach is easily messed up, I'm not sure I would take these.

i just bought these today, and usually i don't review so quickly but i just wanted to say i instantly noticed a difference (well, after about 40 minutes or so). i feel way more calm and collected than i did before. one thing i've noticed is when i'm anxious and in a heightened sense of awareness, i notice my eye floaters intensely. after taking these i noticed i'm not noticing the floaters as much. now, these don't solve them of course, but i think that's saying something about my body when it's stressed vs when it's more relaxed. i'm so happy i bought these & will keep them on hand :) one question: how long are the effects of one dose supposed to last? i found l-theanine usually works for about 6ish hours, so i'm curious to see how long one dose will last and if taking more than one a day will be necessary :) thanks, olly!
