Loses a star for price, but I love these! I’m a terrible, terrible sleeper. Takes me over an hour to fall asleep. These are the only thing I’ve tried that helps me sleep/feel drowsy naturally, and allows me to wake up without that hungover feeling of some other sleep supplements. I really, really wanted to like these. I took two before work, though, and I wound up very tired 30 minutes after taking them. Whether it did its job or not beats me, but I do know that I was stressed about how tired it made me.. Few things are more stressful than being super tired at work

As a teenager i was a little hesitant to take these when my mom bought them but i did anyways and went to school. They work very well in my opinion! They really do calm me down and help me focus. Sometimes it makes me sleepy but that’s really the only negative! I’m a very giggly person and they did make me even more giggly but when i took them i told my mom that i felt great because i just felt like a warm fuzzy-like feeling. They really did help me relax and made me feel good!

as a nurse who often has crazy shifts, and they switch from morning to night time, it is hard to pick up a sleep schedule. I like these gummy's because they just help aid me to fall asleep and give me a good nights sleep so I'm able to perform my best the next day

I was shocked by how well these worked. I would take 2 whenever I would feel restless or woke up suddenly in the night and had a hard time going back to bed. Within 30 minutes of taking it I was back to sleep. I dont have issues with sleep and more than anything I feel this makes you drowsy. I never wake up feeling groggy.

These are great for someone like me who is very sensitive and does not require much. However they have a very small dose of melatonin. For being higher priced I would expect alittle more. I have since switched to a different brand with a higher dose and it is more effective at a lower price point.

I recently bought these to try to calm me down and they work! I recommend taking them closer to bedtime for best results, the packaging is really nice and good looking. They’re a little pricey but worth it 100%! They smell good, taste good and have all clean ingredients!

I’m currently a college student so I picked these gummies up for all the stress that comes with it. I haven’t noticed a huge difference but I have definitely noticed a difference. They work well when I’m under a lot of pressure when completing assignments and doing school activities.

I love these. I love the taste and the fact that I am asleep within 30 min after taking these. It says 2 gummies for a dose but honestly 1 works well for me. I tend to go in phases of being able to fall asleep easily and these help when I’m in that funk!

I swear by this product. I take 2 of these 30 minutes before I lay down for bed and I swear I fall asleep 20 min after I lay down. They taste great and they are very effective. I love these so much and I will continue taking these. Very satisfied with this product.
