I tried these to manage my OCD and I’m disappointed. I believe they’ve worked about 3 or 4 times out of all the times I took it which was much more than that. When it does work, I feel relaxed but it doesn’t last too long and then I have no idea when it’ll work again. Probably good for people with low or mild stress but if you have OCD like me, it won’t work much.

Get these if you want a little push in falling asleep faster. Super cute packaging and they work! I take them about an hour before I want to lay down and I feel great when I wake up. You don't get the super tired feeling that I usually get from taking zquill 

My boyfriend and I took these one Saturday afternoon and we fell asleep about 30 mins after taking, and then we had a hard time waking up later that evening! These relaxed me so much! GABA is a neurotransmitter in the brain, different drugs mimic different neurotransmitters, for instance alcohol mimics GABA, so that can tell you a little bit about how this stuff works to de-stress. I wish dopamine was sold over the counter in a supplement like GABA! I am happy that at least GABA exists though, pretty amazing. I don’t sleep well, and melatonin doesn’t work for me, so I am happy to have found this.

These gummy vitamins are amazing! They taste so good and really work! The improvement I would make is more product in each bottle! Price is higher but not obnoxious! I would recommend for sure for someone needing a little help with their stress level.

The flavor is great. It's like candy. And it definitely helps me sleep. As long as I take it early enough, I don't experience any grogginess in the morning. That being said, it is a bit overpriced. I only really use it once a month or so. Overall, I'm satisfied!

These gummies are no joke. I will literally fall asleep within 20 minutes of taking them, on the dot. I find that I don't normally need the recommended two, because one will do the trick for me. I'll only use two if I'm really hyped up or caffeinated before bed. I do find that I'll occasionally have nightmares when taking these (my husband actually gets nightmares every time he takes these and had to stop) but I'm pretty sure that's common with melatonin products.

I don’t know that it actually made me less stressed. I felt a little different but I’m not sure I was stressfree. Liked that they looked like a gummy but when I opened them they were really tough and almost hard to swallow. Price wise they weren’t the lowest nor highest stress relief.

I really, really wanted to like these. I took two before work, though, and I wound up very tired 30 minutes after taking them. Whether it did its job or not beats me, but I do know that I was stressed about how tired it made me.. Few things are more stressful than being super tired at work

OLLY MELATONIN IS THE ONLY BRAND THAT DOESN’T GIVE ME NIGHTMARES. So many people who take melatonin tell me they insane dreams when they take it and I always recommend this one because it’s gentle works great and doesn’t mess with your dreams so much in my experience.
