As a teenager i was a little hesitant to take these when my mom bought them but i did anyways and went to school. They work very well in my opinion! They really do calm me down and help me focus. Sometimes it makes me sleepy but that’s really the only negative! I’m a very giggly person and they did make me even more giggly but when i took them i told my mom that i felt great because i just felt like a warm fuzzy-like feeling. They really did help me relax and made me feel good!

I just started taking these vitamin supplements after a referral from a friend. I think it is too early to tell if they are actually effecting my ability to sleep, but I do think I notice them helping me wind down at night. I'm really hoping I notice results, but from what I have heard about them, they do work!

I bought these a few days ago because college exams were getting stressful and all the assignments became very overwhelming. I bought these to take before work to not be so stressed throughout the day. But I quickly found that these make me a little loopy and just spacey. So I started taking them at night and I’ve never got better sleep than I am right now! I didn’t buy them to help me sleep but I’m sure glad I did!

These vitamins can be kind of on the pricey side but they make all different kinds which certainly work well. I’ve had the stress gummy’s before and they helped calm me a lot. I know they also have sleep ones too. I’m not sure if other makers have these kinds.

I’m currently a college student so I picked these gummies up for all the stress that comes with it. I haven’t noticed a huge difference but I have definitely noticed a difference. They work well when I’m under a lot of pressure when completing assignments and doing school activities.

These actually helped me alot. I have extreamly restless legs and have a hard tine sitting still to fall asleep. Also due to my.job my mind is always racing and thinking about the day and tomorrow. These really helped me fall asleep easily and i easnt drowsy at all the next morning.

Love all my ollys they help w stress through out day and they taste great I could eat them more re if possible. I would maybe have more flavor options. It they are somewhat affordable some days I wish they were cheaper but definitely recommend to friends and family
