I love these stress gummies. I actually use them to help me sleep. I have a hard time falling asleep and staying asleep. These help my brain relax and I’m able to sleep through most of the night. I’m even able to mostly sleep through my husbands snoring! I also take these occasionally during the day if I’m feeling anxious. I don’t feel like they make me drowsy and I prefer to take these instead of something prescribed by a doctor.

I was really skeptical of taking stuff like this thinking it would be a total waste of money. I'm a stay at home and rarely ever get anytime to myself and it's very stressful to say the least. I was getting extremely stressed out and overwhelmed and afraid to go to a Dr about my levels of stress because I didn't want to be on prescription medication. So I started searching and found these and read the reviews, some say it worked some say it did nothing so it was basically a 50-50 chance and we are on a tight budget so wasting money is not an option for us so I just said I gotta try something my sanity is worth it. Well I took 2 at night and I felt more relaxed and calm and it really helped me sleep so much better. I was worried a little that it wouldn't be affective into the morning since I took it at night and so far so good. It did make me feel sleepy like other reviews I had read on other sites so that is why I took it at night. It's definitely worth trying and I will definitely using this in my daily regimen. Not sure if this is psychological or not but these actually work!!! I always feel more zoned or relaxed when I take them, allowing me to unwind post work and still complete chores and tasks I need to. They’re affordable and taste delicious- definitely recommend! Olly Vitamins

Love this, it really helps within an hour of taking. I typically take this Monday through Friday at noon because stress at my job hits around 2. It really helps! While it is affordable, I wish they would fill the bottle all the way. Overall LOVE THIS!

These worked well to help me fall asleep quickly but not necessarily to keep me asleep. These work great when you just can’t get your body to go to sleep no matter how much you want to but if your a restless sleeper it didn’t keep me sound asleep all night long.

My daughter uses these gummies before any stressful event. She has a bit of social anxiety when she has to be around a bunch of people so these help her tremendously. She immediately feels calm and relaxed. We love that it contains L-Theanine! She also loves the flavor. Just one of the gummies helps her so we actually save money in the end. We will definitely keep buying more of these. This is already our 2nd bottle.

Honestly, I was very skeptical on trying this because melatonin has a history of not working with me. However, I took the plunge and let’s just say, I haven’t ever had a more restful sleep than I did when I took this. I woke up feeling energized and not groggy as per usual. It’s a bit on the expensive side, but definitely worth it! My girlfriend who has problems sleeping also took this and it worked wonderfully! We both highly recommend!

The gummies taste delicious and help me doze off within thirty minutes after chewing them. I will say that the recommended serving size is two and if I take two at night I'm full zombie mode the next day. One works perfectly for me and I still wake up feeling refreshed. 

I think it seems to work.... I also like this one in the sense that it doesn’t have the added sugar layer crystals, as some of the other types of these gummies do. Only thing is that after a while, the last few in my bottle got very hard. I would still purchase again, though.

I tried these gummies for four days and no matter what time I ate them (2 hours before bed, after work, after lunch, etc.), I didn’t feel the supposed effects people felt. I’m usually tired most of the day and the gummies didn’t increase my sleepiness, nor did they make me feel more relaxed.
