The Goodbye Stress gummies are amazing. A mental health beeakthrough to me. I have anxiety and PTSD and they are a godsend. Truly.

I really liked the flavor of these gummies. It does take a little bit to take effect but it doesn't leave me waking up feeling groggy. It's probably a good idea for people who have never taken melatonin before to start with 1 gummy and plan to get at least 8-10 hours of sleep because you don't know the effect it'll have specifically for you.

My boyfriend and I took these one Saturday afternoon and we fell asleep about 30 mins after taking, and then we had a hard time waking up later that evening! These relaxed me so much! GABA is a neurotransmitter in the brain, different drugs mimic different neurotransmitters, for instance alcohol mimics GABA, so that can tell you a little bit about how this stuff works to de-stress. I wish dopamine was sold over the counter in a supplement like GABA! I am happy that at least GABA exists though, pretty amazing. I don’t sleep well, and melatonin doesn’t work for me, so I am happy to have found this.

I bought these to take with me on a trip to help keep me from getting jetlagged. I've tried other melatonin supplements with mixed results, but these worked great! They put me to sleep and KEPT me asleep. Also, I didn't feel like I was in a fog the next day, like I have with some other brands. I will definitely repurchase.

These are not only delicious but they do the trick! I take them occasionally when I know I've had too much caffeine and they help me calmly fall asleep (but no grogginess in the morning). My sister, who lives abroad, always stocks up on these when she comes back to the US!
