bought 3 bags. These had an expiration 2 yrs away and every bag was extremely stale. They were so chewy/rubbery. Just this brand seems to be problematic - the other cashews at Sams don't have this issue.

Not sure if old stock but these cashews were soft and stale. I contacted the manufacturer and the customer service agent replied that their cashews are soft and special. She made it sound like this was my first time eating cashews.

I've never had unroasted cashews, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I love cashews, so I thought, how bad can it be, lol. Well, they're mushy, with almost no flavor. Almost a chore to eat them. But if you put them in a small skillet with a little olive oil, use medium low heat and stir until golden brown, drain on a paper towel, then toss in a bowl with salt, they're actually really good.

This is my 1st every review but had to write it. Just got these in today and open the bag, took a handful to eat and realize they are NOT Fresh at all. It's like eating chips that has been open for weeks without being sealed. There's NO Crunch, it mostly a soft cashew. Going to see if I can return it. Do NOT buy this.

I expected “mylk” style cashews as I’ve gotten from a different company. Color and texture of softened Philadelphia cream cheese from those nuts grounds to liquid in my food processor. These seem lightly roasted which is fine. When ground they are very sweet but more the color of lightly roasted cashews. Took forever and a little water to get the liquidy smooth texture I sought and theyvare lusc

I buy these bc I can use olive oil and pink salt and roast our own snack. They've been fantastic for years, but lately not so much. There's a pretty noticeable dip in quality. About one bad one every handful. That's probably not an acceptable quality standard.

Plain cashews (no oil, no salt) is one of the only reasons I fool with Costo! These are a GREAT item! Add Dietz & Watson Organic Turkey Breast to your offerings and I will never have to go to Costco again!

I love these! Unsalted natural so I truly feel like they are healthy and sustain my clean eating lifestyle. I wish they would be available in all stores!! Tried to get them a few times and no stores near me offer them.

I agree with the other reviewer who stated these were spongy. They have a stale texture and taste to them, like they've been exposed to too much humidity and went bad.

The beginning of bag of cashews was fine. About a third of the way into the back that's when the plastic smell and taste started. Went right into the garbage. Disgusting. Do not recommend.
