Love the creamy texture. Delicious flavor. My daily morning breakfast and sometimes for dinner if I don’t have time to cook but still need some protein. Being vegan this is a fabulous way to obtain safe protein.

I have one every morning for my breakfast. I get all the vitamins and supplements that my body needs without the stuff I dont need. I feel more energetic and I even feel like I have lost some weight. Not a lot but enough to feel a difference.

I used to purchase these shakes a few years ago, then stopped. I restarted recently and the taste is different. I"m not sure what was changed but the previous taste was much better.

Purchased this for my mom. She eats healthy and needs to gain weight. This is healthier than Ensure or Boost and she likes the taste. She has one every day as a snack.

These shakes are delicious and I love that they don't have chemicals as the main ingredients. They are so helpful when I am nauseated or have mouth sores and can't eat, allowing me to keep my weight up.

Delicious!!!!! Don’t fear that it’ll b another awful tasting health thing. All the flavors are great. There are some a little sweeter than others. The health benefit —- felt better drinking even one a day. I’m totally sold and you should be too!!
