This is excellent! I always feel full after drinking it and I love that it's 100% plant-based! The only reason I unsubscribed is because I'm cutting back on sugar a lot, so I may get one of the powders instead. :blush:Thank you for this amazing product!

The product is very flavorful and helpful for me as a source of protein. The only bad thing was that two of the three packages containing the product were of such thin box material that they had been taoed together, and the products were able to move around in the packaging (3 boxes of 12 bouncing around). It looked as though it had been packed by 4th graders.

Both of these products are fantastic. It's perfect for someone who needs protein, but needs to avoid products with cholesterol, salt, fat, and dairy. Vegan protein is the best for a number of problems. They are both delicious, low fat, no cholesterol, easy and available and quick for someone who is busy. Best products I have found on the market. I liked this product. Online now, the label says it contains monk fruit sweetener, which is disappointing. I don't want alternative low-calorie sweeteners in my meal drinks. They lead to insulin resistance and increased hunger, and some have other digestive effects.

This greatly helped me get through that recovery while it was uncomfortable to eat. It's the perfect nutritional shake for vegans who want to make sure they get all the vitamins and minerals they need, as well as a source of a complete protein. I mentioned it to my dietitian and she told me these were a good meal replacement if I was having a hard time getting my meals in. The flavor is good (as long as they're cold). I have to restrain myself sometimes from not guzzling them like they are desserts. Thankfully I only pay half of what they cost at the grocery, due to the massive savings of my montly subscription.

These vegan nutritional shakes have been a life saver for me especially when I had laryngeal cancer and couldn't eat solid food for a few months. BUT, the shipping is sorely lacking as I haven't received my full order even a month later (ordered 11/7 and it's now 12/7/22). :-(
