These vitamins are very easy to swallow.They are great for older people and kids. They have a great flavor. I like the variety of flavors.Kids would take these easily. I would give these to my 3 year old nephew.

My kids loved the flavor of the Smarty Pants Multi Vitamins Kids Complete. Their vivid colors and shapes made it easy for us a parents to give them their daily vitamins in addition to its flavor. I will definitely continue buying them.
