The cookie dough flavor is my favorite and with Sam's would carry the three available flavors individually in addition to mixed packs. They are best kept in th frig. No hidden sugars to effect glycemic index.

I wish these were in stock more often! If they ever go on sale, I'm investing! Both flavors taste great, they feel good in the body, perfect ingredients.

I really wanted to like these but they don't taste at all like the flavors indicated on the packaging. The chocolate coating is mushy and even though my house stays very cool, it is always melted when I open the bar. I had hoped to take these along when I travel but between the taste and the messy melted chocolate coating, I'd never buy them for that purpose. In fact, I won't buy them again ever.

I've been eating keto foods for years and these are one of my favorite tasting bars. Some reviews indicate stomach upset, but I am guessing that is because they are not used to eating high fat foods. You need to start slow when starting with keto to allow your body to adjust.

I love these bars! They have great macros and are really delicious. I love that there are not a lot of sugar alcohols, they use natural sweetener. The only bad things about these bars is that they are expensive and you do have to keep them very cool, they melt easily.

I was so excited to try these as I am on the go and trying to stick to my keto lifestyle. The first day I had 1/2 bar and didn't notice anything. The following day, I had a bar around 12:30 and by 4 I was in the bathroom with severe stomach cramps and pain. I thought maybe it was a fluke. I waited a few days and had one around lunch and again by 4 I was in severe pain. Not worth it!!!! I hope I can return the unused portion.

Someone stated on here that this isn't keto but they in fact are. If you understand how keto works then your true carb number is after you subtract the fiber from it.

If I could give these bars 0 stars, I would. They have a HORRIBLE taste!!! Our dog wouldn't even entertain the thought of eating one of these. Absolutely DO NOT recommend!!!

I wasn't sure about these keto bars at first. They look like a small chocolate covered brick (very dense), but they sort of melt in my mouth. They have just the right amount of flavor and sweetness to satisfy without triggering me to over eat.

These are nasty.
