I got this unit about a month ago, replacing a 1.1 cu. ft. Hamilton Beach that died. No problems so far and the smaller size has not been an issue at all. Everything that fit in the larger unit fits in this one, and it takes up less counter space. I miss the one-touch buttons for 1 minutes, 2 minutes and so on, but there's still an add-30-seconds button. It has one-touch buttons for food types like popcorn, but I never really used those on past units and don't use them now. I'd rather have the incremental one-touch buttons. I'm glad this has a defrost-by-time function like past units had, it's something I use fairly often. It isn't the perfect configuration of feature that I like but I'd buy it again.
